US Tax Court procedures have changed during this pandemic. First, there was the shutdown and delays. Now there are online calendar calls and trials. Get the latest developments and procedures of “ZoomGov,” how the Tax Court will operate in Boston on November 2. Anyone attending the Boston Calendar Call on November 2 needs this presentation.

About Our Speaker: Keith Fogg
Keith Fogg is a professor of law at the Harvard Law School and Low Income Tax Clinic Founder & Director. He taught law at Villanova after decades of employment with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where he served as District Counsel in Richmond and National Office Brach Chief. He has received numerous prestigious honors. Keith is the editor of the ABA publication, “Effectively Representing Your Client Before the IRS” and maintains the blog site, ProcedurallyTaxing.com.
