Objective:
An overview of SBA 504 loan regarding the purchase of fixed assets such as majority owner occupied commercial real estate or equipment with a life of 10 years or longer, and an overview of SBA 7(a) for acquisition, equipment purchase, majority owner occupied commercial real estate purchase, debt refinance, start up, etc. The talk will be interactive with Q&A for an equal part of the time.
