Partnerships From The 1040 View Point

With Darryl Brown

When: January 26, 5PM-7PM

Where: Via Zoom

Many taxpayers are limited partners in partnerships or general partners in small businesses they start with colleagues. The flow through information from a partnership is much more than just the income listed in box 1 of the K-1. This class will discuss the increased burdens on the partner including the tracking of basis, understanding QBID information on the K-1, when the partner requires K-2 and K-3 from the partnership, and more.

Attendees will receive 2 IRS CE credits for attending this course. You will be required to answer poll questions in order to receive credit. If you do not answer the sufficient amount of questions, you will NOT receive credit.

*Please Note, if you have signed up for the MaSEA CE Special, you will automatically be added to this event and receive a confirmation during the week of 01/01/2023. This course is non-refundable and will not be recorded. Please plan accordingly.*

*MaSEA members, please use the email address that was used to create your NAEA membership to ensure that you receive the membership discounted price.*
